ACQUISITION OF SERVICESOURCE EUROPE LTD BY ACAL PLC (Article Date: 27th November 2008)

We are pleased to announce that Acal Plc and the Shareholders of ServiceSource Europe Ltd (SSE) have reached agreement for the acquisition of SSE subject to Acal shareholder approval.

SSE will become a subsidiary of the newly formed Acal Supply Chain Limited which will also comprise EAF UK, EAF Germany, Computer Parts International and ATM Parts Co. Ltd. We believe this combination of businesses and capabilities will create the most attractive and powerful range of services and products available anywhere in our market, and as a result will create a great platform for mutual growth and Supply Chain development.

Acal have now formally started a process to seek shareholder approval needed for the transaction to complete. This is likely to take until late December/early January.
